4in1 PH/EC/TPS Combined meter

The portable pH/EC meter is an easy-to-use, water resistant meter that measures pH, conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS), and temperature with a single probe. The features that will allow the user to know when the probe needs to be calibrated or replaced. The meter operation is simplified with dedicated buttons for measurement modes to be displayed on the LCD and knobs for single point calibration of pH and EC. A variable TDS conversion factor ensures that your results are right the first time. pH and conductivity are critical for growers. pH can effect plant nutrient and water uptake and reduce the efficiency of fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides. Managing conductivity helps growers pinpoint fertilizer and other needs.

Features
  • pH, conductivity / nutrient EC, TDS (ppt) with automatic temperature compensation.
  • Selectable TDS factors from .40 to 0.8; defaulet value 0.50.
  • Stability indicator prompting the user when the readings stabilize.
  • Dedicated GLP key to store and recall data on system status.
  • A replaceable, Amplified Combination pH/EC/TDS/Temp probe with a single 3 foot cable (1 meter) for easy use
  • A large easy to read display.

FAQ's for 4in1 PH/EC/TPS Combined meter

4-in-1 pH/EC/TDS Combined Meter is a multi-parameter testing instrument designed to measure pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Temperature in liquid samples.

The fourth parameter is generally temperature. Temperature measurement is useful because temperature can influence pH and conductivity readings.

It can be used for drinking-water testing, aquaculture, hydroponics, agriculture, swimming pools, laboratories, wastewater testing, water treatment, and general environmental monitoring.

A combined meter allows users to check several important water parameters with one compact instrument, reducing the need to carry and maintain multiple separate meters.

The pH function is normally calibrated using standard pH buffer solutions, while EC calibration uses an appropriate conductivity standard. TDS is generally calculated from conductivity. Always follow the calibration procedure specified for the particular model.

Yes, it can be used for basic monitoring of pH, EC, TDS, and temperature in water. However, these parameters alone do not establish that water is safe for drinking; additional testing may be required.

The main benefits include multi-parameter testing, convenient operation, portability, reduced equipment requirements, quick water-quality checks, and easy monitoring of important water parameters in a single device.
